Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Commercial

As an adult, there are little things that get me excited when the Halloween season rolls around:

Tearing off the September page of the calendar and seeing the word OCTOBER staring at me.

Seeing Target phase out the Back-to-School gear and stock the shelves with all manner of scary goodness.

My first Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte of the year.

Indulgent?  Sure.
Silly.  Probably.
But nothing gives my heart a little skip like buying and taking that first sip of that spiced latte.
I only need one a year.  (I've tried to have 2 or 3 in a month... nope... ruins the specialness).

Then I found this Starbucks commercial for my favorite Fall beverage and I knew I had to post it.
C'mon... an old lady getting her hair twisted and colored like a pumpkin?



I'm well aware that I'm the prime marketing demographic.  Twitter handle "#itsfallwhen" -- check.  Adult with disposable income for sugary beverage--- check.  
I don't care. 
I like 'em. 
Kudos to you Starbucks, and you already have my $4 for my cup of spiced deliciousness.

I've been recharging.  To steal a line from a great little post by fellow Halloween blogger My Ghoul Friday HERE "I'm just letting the engine warm up."

Been a busy year, and try as I might, something had to give and Halloween Addict had to be put on hold for most of the year.

But we're here NOW.
NOW is what matters.
It's practically October and to paraphrase Mikey from The Goonies:  This is OUR TIME DOWN HERE!

So what say we give it the ol' Collegeville try and get some Halloween postin'?
