I've got good news and bad news.
The good news is there's a new It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown Limited Edition poster that was released for 2012 through DarkHallMansion.com.
The bad news is that it's sold out. We missed it.
Just like Tom Whalen's fantastic print from last year (which you can read about HERE), DarkHallMansion.com released TWO versions of artist Michael De Pippo's brilliant take on the iconic Charles Schulz classic.
Look at that use of the black, white and orange!
I can totally see that on an old-school treat bag.
And even the non-variant incorporates just a bit of green and all our favorite characters to make it special.
But it went on sale in SEPTEMBER!
Who's ready for The Great Pumpkin in SEPTEMBER?!?!?
Huh?!
WHO?!!?!
I'm sorry.
I'm just upset that I missed it.
If you've got deep pockets, you can find a few of these on eBay going for between $130 - $300 per poster.
Otherwise, I guess we should all sit on Dark Hall Mansion starting now and hope that next year's poster is just as awesome.
To paraphrase Linus van Pelt: "You'll see! Next year at this same time, I'll get me one of those posters that is real sincere and I'll sit on that website until the posters go on sale and I'll be waiting for them! Just wait and see!"

Wow! I am sorry I missed it, but even if I hadn't at there current value I couldn't have justified keeping it either.
Here's to hoping for another reprinting!
SON OF A FREAKIN' FRAKKIN'...
I'm going to go hug my Mondo Trick 'r Treat poster now.
JoMo: Me too!
Chad: Frakkin' indeed.
