13 Days of Creepmas BEGINS!

For such a beloved holiday, Halloween seems to get the shorter and shorter end of the stick.

Though Halloween Addicts got Halloween wares in stores earlier than usual this year, we conversely had jolly old Saint Nick moving in on our shelf territory by mid-October.

So when I heard about some Countdown to Halloween bloggers who were raging against the red and green machine in a little stunt called "Creepmas," I gladly partook in another excuse to spread the jack o' lantern smile into the first two weeks of December.
What is Creepmas?
The website describes it thusly:
"A reaction to the continuing incursion of Christmas into Autumn and Halloween, CREEPMAS is a good-natured chance for Halloween lovers to exact revenge by bringing some spooky good cheer into the holidays or, more appropriately, the Hallowdays."
I couldn't have said it better myself.  And I'm more than happy to participate.

As Halloween Addict has been around for over 4 years now, and has gathered a lot of new readers and subscribers this year---for Day 1 of Creepmas I've linked to some festive holiday posts and gift lists from years past below.
After all, we can't move into the future without learning from the past first, right?
Somebody important said that.
Roosevelt or Churchill... or The Great Pumpkin or something.

Blast and damn, the 2008 Podcast has been taken down! FYI - clicking their link leads to an error message that it's been taken down due to the owner exceeding their bandwidth.

Obviously thanks to your pop here =)
