New Trick 'r Treat: "Making Friends" Short!

Boy oh boy!  On the heels of just-released 30 Second Bunnies short on Trick 'r Treat is the latest FearNet short promoting the all-day Trick 'r Treat marathon: "Making Friends."   

As I've mentioned in the past, FearNet has gone above-and-beyond the promotional call of duty with strategically released short films promoting their 2nd annual all-day-marathon of Mike Dougherty's instant-classic Trick 'r Treat.  For a film that was dumped to video but embraced by Halloween fans, this level of commitment is not only unparalleled but welcomed.

So far this year we've had Sam show up on Easter, Father's Day, Back to School and now, with only a scant 16 days 'til Halloween the director of the film himself, Mike Dougherty, gives us a new short entitled "Making Friends."

I gotta tell ya:  with these four short films and the Bunnies 30 Second version, it's like having a whole new Trick 'r Treat Halloween Special featuring that adorable but dangerous Sam.  Looks like another item on my Halloween wish-list is sort-of coming true.

As for "Making Friends" it's a sweet and morbid little film revolving around a lonely but industrious child who just wants someone to take him trick-or-treating.
