As a kid I loved-- LOVED-- Wacky Packages.
A cross between Mad Magazine parody and baseball cards they were collectible cards that poked fun at various grocery store products.
Well kids grow into adults and those collectible cards made their way to the garbage (or eBay...).
So what's an adult with disposable income and blank walls to do to fill that 12-year-old void?
How about a framed print from a great illustrator from that very same Wacky Packages line?
The artist is Jason Edmiston, and he's immortalizing your favorite childhood memories in frameable, limited edition prints.
Check out the pic for this Halloween Addict's favorite: a "Grape Newts" Grape Nuts parody featuring a purple and green witch and slimy cauldron. Please don't miss the scary details like "NEWT Weight: 13 oz." and, of course, the "Best By" date of "OCTOBER 31ST." Brilliant!
I also highly recommend the Frankenstein-ed Universal Monsters print known as "Monster Mash" as a suitable scary wall decoration.
If you're into the '80s and would like a non-Halloween-related print, check out the Cobra Commander propaganda poster and the Indiana Jones print. All are limited to 100 so get 'em before they're G-O-N-E!

Love his work! I am especially drawn to the Monster Mash. Very clever!
I agree with GG. Edmiston's work never ceases to impress. I proudly hang his Monster Squad/Night of the Creeps mashup in my studio. :D
Fabulous! I loved Wacky Packages. They were the highlight of my 11 year-old life!
Thanks for your article on the replica Myers house. I live right next to it! Fan for a couple years!
