If you're one of the "timid" that the website mentions, treat it like an adult version of Harry Potter's Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans and taste safely knowing you'll never encounter "Ear Wax."

Yes, the madness of black crackers. :) I don't think I'm quite adventurous enough to try these cheeses, although they make a great display!
Very tasty idea and Mimolette is one of my favorite cheeses so I have to give this a try. Thanks for the heads up!
