Jack O' Lantern Sandwiches

This is the second time I've marveled at Disposable Aardvark's mastery of the Halloween food display.  (The first was HERE with the jack o' lantern veggie party platter.)

No real "recipe" here, just some simple arranging and a hearty appreciation for Halloween. 
Plus, these kids are eating HEALTHY.  Check out this Halloween-themed lunch fit for a vegan:  "... snap peas; meatless meatballs; carrot coins; zucchini brownies; Jack O' Lantern sandwiches; grapes, broccoli."
I can't add much.  To suggest anything to make this look more aesthetically pleasing would cause it to be more unhealthy. 
Do they make orange bread?  Like, Cheetos orange?
