LED Lightup Ice Cube Pumpkin Jack o' Lanterns

I go back and forth on my love/hate with light up ice cubes.

On the one hand... glowing beverages you can drink are AWESOME. They provide mood, fun, light and they don't water down your drink.

On the other hand, you have a cold chunk of plastic floating in your glass: intrusive, clunky and you can't just throw them on the lawn to dissolve in the night.

Still, you can use them for more than just lighting up your libations. Just look at how cool they look perched on a spooky black tea-light tree sculpture.

WowCoolStuff.com has these LED Light Up Ice Cube Pumpkin Jack o' Lanterns. Or... they DID. The website says they're sold out, but I'm betting that come September/October they'll magically be in stock again. Bookmark it for later.

OR head over to LogoGlow.com where you can order them in lots of 100 for just $2.64 apiece. C'mon... for $264 you could line your entire front porch with these tiny grinning orange visages.
You know what impresses?
VOLUME.

I could see how it would be cumbersome in a glass, but in a punchbowl or giant cauldron being used to keep bottles cold (I often use my cauldrons as coolers), they would be really great.

I agree. And don't forget the dry ice for smoky goodness.
